Brazil is the world’s largest coffee bean producing country, and Santos is one of its harbor cities. Beans produced in the Cerrado region have a gentle, rounded taste. Medium roasting brings out a walnut aroma in the beans. When ground, the beans give off a buttery aroma. Coffee made from this bean has a slight sweetness and a caramel flavor. This coffee is rich in oil and low in acidity. It does not have a strong aftertaste but has a long-lasting finish. This is one of the best single-bean coffees.
